Exit 42A!

A wide strip of asphalt built by an ancient unknown society, an isolated valley of the Forbidden Waste; all accessed by the off ramp of the Unknown Highway called EXIT 42A!

18.03 Rowhrshyykk-ruins of an old Wooky moisture farm commune now home to 5-30 Living Dead

18.09 Temple of the Stone Pilots- Sacred chambers hewn from living rock in the hills by a Cave Primitive Cargo Cult dedicated to the "Sky Gods". Idols of Starship Pilots decorate the walls. Inhabited by Cave Primitive Shaman (Level 3 Warlock and entourage) Various low level technical items and weapons litter the caves.

14.09 Oil Fields-Rusted forest of oil derricks the home of a mated pair of Ruin Slugs.

13.06 Oasis Town- population 2,500. Walled town built upon a natural spring whose motto "We don't need another hero" is emblematic of its focus on commerce, not derring do. Entry limited to those with marketable skills or goods. Town's arena hosts gladitorial games, demolition derbies, and on alternate Saturdays, wiener dog races.

11.04  Pillar- Dwelling of Lizard man stylite hermit and mute devotee of Huron the Oathsome God. Pilgrims from Oasis Town often visit to gain wisdom (in pantomime).

09.09 This hex left intentionally blank for Journey Master to develop as they wish.

08.06 Robo-Gulch- Old West style hamlet left by an ancient intelligence for an unknown purpose. Streets stalked by 1-6 rogue robodroids dressed as cowboys armed with six shooters.

07.02 Mesa of Physical Graffiti- A 60 foot tall red rock formation that serves as a neutral meeting ground for the various factions of the region. Mesa is festooned with  painted tribal emblems, slogans of prowess and insult, and information about who to call for a good time.

07.08 Radioactive Egg Cache- Hex is contaminated by radiation, emanating from a trio of 12 foot in diameter, plutonium shelled eggs. Deposited there 15, 000 years ago by the stellar traveling avian species called the Great Bird of the Galaxy during their last migration, the eggs are still gestating. Anyone travelling thru the hex suffers 1-4  radiation damage per hour in hex; 33% chance of mutation if characters remain in hex over three hours. 

05.11 Pleasure Dome of Nagrom the False Mesmerator-Dome half buried in the sand, once the lodging and laboratories of the evil Nagrom. Dome's many levels still house treasures and artifacts, bottom level contains a Manion Devil.

04.07 End of the Line- Hideout fortress of the all female Klengon gang (1-20 members) named the Helkyries, who rule the road. Will challenge worthy foes to moto-jousting. 

02.03 Old Hateful- Geyser of high pressure corrosive column of salt water; erupts every 1-8 hours. Causes 1-20 damage to creatures organic and robotic. Area near geyser's spout littered with possessions of Old Hateful's past victims.

01.09 Wreck of the Vulkitania- Crash site of supply ship in moonscaped badlands. Among the debris is a safe containing 7,000 gc, 12 mint condition Thrazar action figures, and an Eon Blade.
